Risks and disclosures
This document sets a minimum standard for honest NX1 communication. It is not legal, tax or investment advice.
Devnet NX1 has no monetary value. Do not buy or accept any third-party token represented as Mainnet NX1: the official Mainnet mint does not exist.
Core risks
- Technology: bugs in contracts, wallets, RPC services, bridges, interfaces or integrations may cause loss of access or incorrect display.
- Keys: signer compromise may enable unauthorized actions. Devnet is currently controlled by a founder wallet.
- Legal and tax: classification and obligations vary by jurisdiction and may change.
- Market: a future Mainnet token may never gain liquidity or may lose all market value.
- Operational: the project may change, delay or cancel Mainnet launch, programs or integrations.
- Compatibility: Token-2022 support differs across wallets, indexers and venues.
- Fraud: third parties may create fake tokens, websites, groups, airdrops and seed-phrase requests.

- exchange listings, aggregator verification or liquidity;
- equity in Nexus One, profit rights or corporate governance;
- conversion into Nexus Coins, fiat, USDT, Premium or paid features;

Material disclosures
Before and after Mainnet, we disclose creation or replacement of the mint, metadata URI and critical contracts; supply, authorities, multisig and signer changes; treasury, allocation, vesting and unlock addresses; confirmed material partnerships; sales, liquidity, market-making and paid promotion; and incidents that may affect assets, access, supply or trust.
Incident policy
- Preserve: retain on-chain and server evidence without exposing secrets.
- Contain: pause affected services and non-critical operations within available authority.
- Notify: publish an initial notice, affected components and safe user actions.
- Remediate: investigate, recover and independently verify critical fixes.
- Review: publish a final report covering cause, timeline, impact and prevention.
Updates are dated and versioned. Material statements are not silently removed; changes must be explained.

- guaranteed returns, price targets or “risk-free” promotion;
- undisclosed paid promotion or coordinated spam;
- hidden issuance, unlocked insider allocations or unknown treasury wallets;
